The Central Air Monitor’s LED is its way of letting you know what state it is in. Here’s your colour legend for troubleshooting

Solid blue

Powered and ready to be connected to WiFi.

Flashing blue

Attempting to connect to WiFi.
If this persists for longer than approximately one minute, try a soft reset. Reconnect to Haven-XXXX-XXXX, sync and continue entering WiFi network and password.

Solid green with aqua flash

Connected to WiFi. Aqua flash signifies the device pushing data to the cloud.

Orange flashing

WiFi credentials may have been entered incorrectly. It’s still thinking…

Solid orange

HAVEN has failed to connect to mode after a connection failure. HAVEN Installer app will ask you to re-enter WiFi info. If you’re having difficulties with the app, you can perform a hard reset on the air monitor and start from the beginning.

Green & purple flashing

Air monitor probe isn’t positioned correctly in the mounting plate. Particle detection laser has been disabled for user handling. Make sure the probe is clicked properly into the mounting plate.
