Both the Air Monitor and Air Controller require your existing system to be modified. This modification - though quick and reversible - involves special training to guarantee that it's done properly right the first time.
Finally, special test equipment is needed to determine the static pressure of the central air system and the suitability of the filter. If the filter and central air system are not appropriately paired, you may experience poor performance or system failure.
